  • Physical board games must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Used or opened games can be returned only if they are defective or damaged. In such cases, we offer an exchange or refund.
  • Digital board game content and downloadable materials (such as expansion packs) are non-refundable, unless they are defective or unused.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund requests.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days after the item is returned, credited to the original payment method or offered as store credit.

Refunds for defective board games may require an inspection of the product by our customer service team.
